M. Christine Cooke has over twenty fives years experience in financial management. Her career includes serving as Chief Financial Officer for the Republic Family of Companies, including Republic Land Development, Republic Urban Properties and Republic Properties Corporation.

During her years at Republic, she focused on the financial accounting for all aspects of the real estate industry, both commercial and residential development, property owners’ associations and property management. In addition, she was responsible for risk management, accounting, loan maintenance, information systems and communications for new projects.

Wanting to take on a new challenge and share her accounting expertise with other companies, Ms. Cooke ventured out on her own in 2005 and founded Cooke and Associates in Annapolis, Maryland and eventually expanding to Jupiter, Florida.

Cooke helps clients in a wide range of industries, including defense contracting, plumbing suppliers, home health care, lawyers, vehicle dealerships, commercial property management associations, condo associations and homeowner’s associations. A QuickBooks Pro, Cooke voluntarily continues her industry knowledge, skills and education annually.

Giving back is extremely important and a high priority for Cooke. Her passion leads her to serve as Treasurer for the USS Yorktown (CVS-10) Association, a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, National Association of Tax Preparers, The Beaches Small Business Initiative, Inc.,CREW (Commercial Real Estate for Women) Palm Beach/Treasure Coast Chapter and Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce.
